職位描述

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Support the Head of the Organization & Department Heads to implement Internal & External communication programmes 
  • Develop content for the Internal Affair’s social media platforms
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate branding such as organize corporate events, media and publicity activities
  • Produce publicity and multi-media materials
  • Assist in promoting relationships with external stakeholders, such as government departments, industry bodies and clienteles
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Department Heads

 

Key Entry Requirements:
 

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Internal or External Affairs
  • Strong Chinese and English writing skills, and proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
  • Experience in managing corporate social media platforms and knowledge in the Customer Service industry would be an advantage
  • Proactive, innovative, multi-tasking and able to deliver quality output within tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws an added advantage
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
