Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of administrative and coordination support with internal departments and external parties.
• Be responsible for CEO scheduling, such as meeting, and appointments arrangement
• Provide support in relation to preparation of documents and reports
• Assist in executing company events to ensure their successful implementation.
• To perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, PR & Communications, or any relevant disciplines.
• Detail-minded, able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Presentable and strong in communication skills.
• Flexibility and meticulous attention to detail with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Immediate availability would be a definite advantage.
