Responsibilities:

  • Provide all‐rounded secretarial support and personal assistant to the CEO
  • Manage schedules and travel arrangements of the CEO
  • Assist with administrative support, including scheduling meetings, filing and retrieving documents, organising departmental functions, preparing presentation materials, drafting emails and letters, preparing meeting agenda and minutes, etc.
  • Maintain good communication with both internal and external parties on personal and business‐related matters
  • Responsible for compiling and managing correspondences
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis for investment opportunities, including performing fundamental analysis
  • Provide comprehensive financial and investment advice
  • Identify and recommend the high profitable segments
  • Monitor and review investment portfolios
  • Handle any ad‐hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University degree with over 5 years of solid secretarial and administrative experience
  • Good multi‐tasking and time management skills
  • Native English speaking and writing ability; and good command of Chinese
  • Mature, proactive, tactful, independent, reliable, detail‐oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational, communications, interpersonal and liaison skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Strong investment knowledge is preferable
