Position Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional personal assistant. This position requires frequent travel with the boss and strong Mandarin and English communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accompanying the boss on business trips and assisting with scheduling
- Handling daily administrative tasks
- Maintaining good relationships with clients and guests
- Assist in any other ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in written / spoken Mandarin and English
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Available for travel and flexible working hours
- Good lifestyle habits, maintaining a professional image
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
