工作職責:

  • 陪同老闆出差,協助安排日程
  • 處理日常行政事務

  • 具備流利的普通話和英文能力
  • 至少三年作為私人助理或相關職位的工作經驗
  • 能夠隨時出差及不定時工作

Position Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional personal assistant. This position requires frequent travel with the boss and strong Mandarin and English communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying the boss on business trips and assisting with scheduling
  • Handling daily administrative tasks
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients and guests
  • Assist in any other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in written / spoken Mandarin and English
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Available for travel and flexible working hours
  • Good lifestyle habits, maintaining a professional image
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
