職位描述

Responsibilities:

·         Provide full spectrum of secretarial, personal support to Senior Executive

·         Manage Senior Executive’s Calendar, travel arrangement, venue arrangement

·         Coordinate meetings with various departments and prepare all necessary documents

·         Handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner

·         Handle projects with Senior Executive and different teams

·         Handle comprehensive administrative duties, including office management, translation, monthly statements, petty cash and reimbursement

·         Responsible for drafting different kinds of correspondence both in English & Chinese (e.g. business correspondence, marketing materials, etc.)

·         Ad hoc tasks when required

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in PA/EA, secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executive

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

·         High level of integrity, maturity, professionalism and trustworthiness

·         Writing and proofreading ability

·         Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

·         Proficient use of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
