Physical Education Officer

 

Job Description

  • Provide quality services to students, staff and service users and ensure smooth operations of Gymnasium and Fitness Room.
  • Provide administrative support while being actively involved in the day-to-day operations.
  • Assist his/her supervisor in matters relating to the management of the Sports Facilities.
  • Assist in planning, promoting and organizing the various Sports and Recreation activities and the College-wide initiatives.
  • Work on-shift duty during the Gymnasium and Fitness Room opening hours.
  • Job rotation opportunities within the Student Affairs Office.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirement

  • Diploma or above in any discipline, experience in Recreation and Sports and passionate in student development is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, good team player with strong communication skills, creative and well-organized.
  • Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred.
