Physiotherapist (Part Time, projected-based)

Responsibilities:

• Direct, organise and oversee the operations of physiotherapy department
• Establish and maintain service quality to meet regulatory requirement and clients expectation
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to deliver professional and high quality services to patients
• Supervise and coach members of the team
• Control resources utilisation and provide inputs for procurement of equipment
• Formulate and implement staff training and development plans
• Develop strategic business model to promote physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to other healthcare disciplines and the public
• Contribute to patient rehabilitation management and related service development of JCCRC and Day Care Centre

Qualifications:

• Degree or above in Physiotherapy
• A certificate of Registration and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong
• 5 years relevant work experience as a physiotherapist of which 2 years or above in managerial level
• Good interpersonal, communication, management skill and good team player
• Good discipline, self-motivated, flexible, passionate in community engagement and patient-centred care.
