JD-Platform Merchant Development Specialist

Responsibilities

ꔷ Implement a customer service strategy aligned with the company's goals for Alibaba.com Hong Kong sellers (hereinafter as 'client(s)'). Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to inform strategy adjustments and streamline the execution process

ꔷ Manage a small team to monitor the performance and NPS of segmented clients, then organise the team to work closely with sales and those clients to tailor engagement plans to improve clients' site performance and manage any risks of clients’ churn.

ꔷ Understand the key drivers of global trading environment changes, platform policies and products updates, then implement tailored training & consulting programs for the customer, in line with regional sales strategic priorities.

Requirements

ꔷ Degree holder or above in any discipline

ꔷ At least 3 years' related experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably in cross border trading website or platform.

ꔷ Good problem solving and communication skills.

ꔷ Passion and obsession with clients' need and their success

ꔷ Demonstrated experience in facilitation of group training sessions & one-to-one consulting to achieve strategic business outcomes for clients.

ꔷ Ability to analyse internal and external data, derive insights into solutions and use that for the purpose of driving clients' success in a dynamic marketplace.

ꔷ Ability to work unsupervised, to work on own initiative, aggressive and prioritize work.

ꔷ Good command of both written and spoken Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin. Fluent English will be an asset.

ꔷ Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.

ꔷ Immediately available is preferred.
