Job responsibilities:
1. Effectively analyze manpower and material control basing on monthly order status and sales forecasts;
2. Organize and work out monthly, weekly and daily production plans. Make sure material & man power are well equipped for the plan, Monitoring production capacity are on the right track to fulfill delivery schedule
3. Organize and coordinate relevant departments to solve all unexpected or expected situations during the production process so to comply with delivery plan
4. Lead the role to upgrading the effectiveness on production cost, capacity and man power
5. Reduce & control material stocking and effectively handle sluggish materials,
6. Effectively monitoring & control material purchasing plan
7. Lead the role on monitoring the progress on new development project and make sure each stage work on time to fullfill delivery schedule. Closely communicate with customers in coordinating and handling all situtation to fullfill clients delivery plan
8. Based on the company's development situation, continuously optimize the production process to further improve work efficiency;
9. Complete department building and training to enhance the professional skills of subordinates so to achieve relevant KPI target
10. Promptly response / resolve / implement client & top managements' all relevant tasks request.
Job requirements:
1. Familiar with ERP operations.
2. Experience in manufacturing management at least 5 year or above.
4. Have the ability to formulate and execute plans, and be able to establish and track plans based on production needs and business objectives.
5. With innovation and professionalism, able to withstand significant work pressure, and able to propose suggestions for improvement
6. Experience in manufacturing cosmetics or toys industry is preferred.
7. Proficient in English for daily basis needs.
8. Station in Shenzhen China.
