Job Description :
- Assist in Pre-event and post-event secretarial and management duties
- Research & vendor sourcing
- Vendor co-ordination for design & production projects
- Assist in media interview pitching
- On-site event co-ordination
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written Cantonese & English communication and negotiation skills
- Prior event / customer service / sourcing experience preferred
- Proficient in PC skill, such as MS Office.
- Chinese typing & Powerpoint experience is a MUST.
- Prior PR writing/ event / video or design production experience will be an advantage
- Presentable , proactive, efficient & flexible
- Working schedule (long-term basis):
- Half-day mode: Afternoon session X 4/5 consecutive week days per week
- Full-day mode: Full-day session X 2/3 days per week
