Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide strategic consultancy and propose solution based on different objectives and issues that individual clients aim to achieve and tackle
  • Lead and supervise PR Team:-
  1. Ensure projects are delivered with good quality in a timely manner
  2. Establish and maintain good networking with media and key stakeholders
  3. As a gatekeeper to review work of teammates and maintain high standard for deliverables
  4. Coach and provide training to teammates to strengthen their skill sets and enhance their career development
  • Be an effective communicator to deliver convincing and consistent key messages
  • Able to assess potential risks throughout project planning and execution, and prepare contingency plan accordingly

Requirement and skills

  • Media relations: Existing network with media in Hong Kong, including print, broadcast and online media; Media relations in Greater Bay Area is a plus
  • Content development: including but not limited to development of press release, presentation slides for speakers, interview articles, content outline and scripts for video and Live, emcee scripts and speech for events, social media feed etc.
  • Press event planning and management
  • Corporate communications and issue management
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Min. 6-year experience in PR field, experiences in healthcare/medical industry is an advantage
