職位描述

Responsibilities:
 

  • Responsible for the management of a wide range of purchasing activities include sourcing, PO processing and follow up
  • Ensure supply chain process as order fulfilment, purchasing, logistic arrangement, preparation invoice, delivery note and shipping document
  • Prepare internal Sales Order Requisition Form.
  • Follow up with internal project team to review and prioritize the supply based on actual demand and shipment situation
  • Prepare the purchasing and inventory report for management team
  • Manage daily procurement and logistics activities as required
  • Support and handle the delivery of equipment and materials to Customers, ensure equipment and materials are delivered according to the schedule
  • Assist in monitoring and reviewing market conditions, price and delivery trends for project materials, equipment and works
  • Assist in sourcing, evaluating and qualifying of new suppliers, maintain effective partnerships with suppliers and contractors

Requirement:
 

  • Good communicating and negotiating, good teamwork
  • Familiar with the procurement process. More than two years of procurement experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Cheerful personality, Highly motivated, responsible, aggressive and sense of speed in operation.
  • Diploma Graduates in Business Management or above
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word & PowerPoint;
