Leading a team, and working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of the AiP Project Phase 2. Key responsibilities include:
Programme Management
- Successfully delivery of project within timeline and budget, stewarding all resources responsibly
- Working with your team and colleagues from across different teams, you will have oversight of all key deliverables of the project including:
- home assessments
- home services and modifications
- post-service evaluation surveys
- online digitization of the home assessment tool
- public awareness campaign
- educational workshops and training
- reporting
- Applying Habitat’s standards of excellence and adhering to our policies including but not limited to; risk management, safeguarding, code of conduct, you will ensure that all AiP programme stakeholders consistently operate in a highly professional manner exemplifying Habitat guidelines, standards, and mission.
People Management
- As a seasoned leader of others, you enjoy role modelling behaviors of collaboration, solution-focused mindset, and you are a supportive coach and energetic colleague, with a can-do attitude that inspires others to achieve impact together.
- You recognize that no one person or one team can operate in isolation, and you prioritize open channels of communication and encourage your team to have open and transparent dialogue with each other and all AiP programme stakeholders.
- You understand the importance of setting and tracking clear KPIs and you see the KPI and performance appraisal process as a key tool to help you and your colleagues grow and learn and have a sense of both achievement and continuous development.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in planning, executing, monitoring & evaluating projects, preferably with volunteer / beneficiary programmes for NGO.
- Experience in elderly services
- Working with online services a plus
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with knowledge and experience of the elderly service landscape in HK a plus
- Knowledge of programme development, impact measurement and donor reporting
- Proven experience in budgeting and monitoring budgets.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, exceptionally well-organized and detail orientated
- Comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders, including public speaking
- Experience of developing engaging communications about thematic projects.
- Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills and comfortable working across and with multiple cultures.
Languages
- Fluent in Cantonese (a must)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Digital Skills
- Proficiency in PC operations (MS based applications. English and Chinese word processing).
- Knowledge of database programmes such as SalesForce / Monday.com preferred.
- Able to early adopt and is interested in finding digital solutions to streamline operations.
Working Hours:
- Whilst we have flexible working options, you will need to be available to work during the weekends as is required according to project needs
