• CW Exhibition Services is an emerging exhibition organizer based in Hong Kong. We are a team of fun, passionate and motivated individuals collaborating with local and overseas exhibitors to create engaging exhibitions that captivate audiences. We work together as a team – enjoy working together, share laughter and success together.
• Currently, the team is working on a renowned B2C exhibition to be hosted in HKCEC in March 2025 and we are looking for a project-based marketing executive to manage the marketing related workstream for the exhibition together with the operation team

Job Description

• Work with CW operation team to develop a comprehensive marketing plan to promote and draw traffic for a B2C exhibition to be held in mid/end March 2025 – including Hong Kong local online/offline/OOH strategy (social media, online media/ads, public transport) and Mainland China strategy (XiaoHongShu, WeChat, TikTok);
• Work with CW operation team and designer to create marketing materials and content across various platforms;
• Manage and coordinate with third parties (e.g. outside marketing agencies, advertising companies etc.);
• On project / freelance basis from now till end of March 2025 (i.e. no fixed work hours / office location – only need to deliver duties, services and products based on marketing timeline; only need to meet with CW operation team ~2 times weekly to update process and brainstorm ideas)

Requirements

• Solid experience in managing marketing project on a project-base / freelance basis, ideally related to finance / real estate or professional services related area;
• A recognized university degree with at least 5 year’s solid experience in marketing;
• Good command in Chinese and English; Fluent in Putonghua;
• Good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Creative with good sense of both Hong Kong local and mainland China consumer behavior;
• Detail-minded, well-organized and responsible;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• As it is not a full time role, candidates can have their other projects / part-time job duties

Project fee range – negotiable depending on experience
