Project Coordinator (Construction IT, Digital Twin, SSSS, DWSS, EDMS)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Activities:

• Research emerging technologies and innovations related to Construction and Facility Management Technology and Digital Solutions, such as Smart Site Supervision System (SSSS) and Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS) per DEVB TC(W) No. 3/2023, EDMS and other Digital Twin solutions.
• Develop and present solutions showcasing how the digital solutions enhance construction site safety and productivity.
• Prepare technical proposals, documentation, and presentations to support sales.

Implementation:

• Collaborate with project teams to install and configure digital solutions components, including IoT devices, smart safety devices, office hardware, communication networks, and other related software and hardware.
• Conduct testing to ensure seamless integration with site operations.
• Train site personnel on digital solution usage, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Regularly review and update the implementation plan based on site conditions and feedback.

Post-Sales Support:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for digital solutions, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Monitor system performance and analyze data to address safety hazards or system issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive solutions and support.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science-related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, and Cantonese.
• Strong analytical skills and an organized mindset.
• Ability to work independently and handle challenges effectively.
• Familiarity with IoT devices, office hardware, data communication networks, centralized management platforms, SSSS, DWSS, EDMS, and digital twin solutions.
• Experience in implementing and supporting digital construction and facility management systems.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Project Co-Ordinator or Assistant Project Officer roles.
