Job responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing, filing, and updating project-related documents, including contracts, plans, reports, and meeting records.
2. Handle project data entry and maintenance, track project progress and update information promptly to ensure accuracy.
3. Coordinate project meeting arrangements, including notifying attendees, preparing meeting materials, and documenting summary.
4. Manage internal and external project-related communications, such as liaising with clients, suppliers, or team members.
5. Maintain inventories of project materials or equipment, ensuring clear records of resource allocation.
6. Ensure project documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, construction, IT related subject.
- Experiences in IT / engineering / construction project management is preferred.
- Hand-on experiences and advanced skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed.

5. 管理專案物資或設備清單,確保資源分配記錄清晰。
6. 確保專案檔符合公司政策和合規要求。
任職要求:
- 工商管理、建築、IT相關專業大專及以上學歷。
- 具IT/工程/建築專案管理經驗者佳。
- 具備 MS Excel 和 PowerPoint 實際操作經驗和高階技能者優先。
- 具備良好的英語、粵語及國語溝通能力。
- 歡迎應屆畢業生。
