Project Coordinator (Officer) - Administration

1. Coordinate with user department on repair and maintenance issues
2. Coordinate with contractor on invitation of quotation, tendering, site inspection and project progress
3. Follow up annual / quarterly maintenance work (e.g. Lift, Fire Services, Pest Control) at headquarters and other location
4. Conduct inspection of Headquarter and other location
5. Maintain record of repair and maintenance work
6. Working hour : Mon-Alt Sat, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., 5 or 5.5 days per alternate week)
7. Working location : Choi Wan
8. Handle any ad hoc duties as required.  

• Diploma or higher diploma in Property Management, Building Studies or related disciplines
• 2 years of relevant experiences
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Detailed-mind, responsible, well organized and can work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
