Project Coordinator (Tendering)

Job Duties

• Carry out project coordination activities, including updating construction drawings, price quotation and cost control
• Coordinate and liaise with various parties to ensure smooth progress of submissions, procurement, and site works.
• Communicate with both external and internal parties to ensure production, delivery and installation is on schedule
• Visit the Mainland factory for QC if required
• Handle ad-hoc tasks are assigned

Requirement:

• 2 years in relevant experience
• Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design, Construction, or related disciplines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawings & MS Office
• Mature, hard-working, well organized, willing to work under pressure and independently
