Project Delivery Manager

As the gatekeeper of the technical solution's deliverability in project implementation, the primary person responsible during the project delivery phase, and the initiator of the transition to maintenance, you will be accountable for the deliverability of the project implementation plan, and for ensuring the project is delivered on time and with the required quality. Your main responsibilities include the following:

• Ensuring Project Deliverability:Responsible for reviewing the deliverability of the technical solution in project implementation.
• Formulating Project Delivery Plans:Responsible for developing project delivery implementation plans, task breakdowns, and project risk control measures.
• Managing Project Delivery and Implementation:Responsible for communication and management of stakeholders during project implementation, as well as controlling safety, delivery progress, and quality during implementation. Additionally, you will manage project changes and costs throughout the implementation process.
• Project Acceptance and Transition to Maintenance:Responsible for achieving project delivery acceptance, managing the closure of any remaining issues, and overseeing the transition to maintenance and handover work.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university.
• Knowledge:Professional knowledge in project management, project delivery, and internal management processes and standards. In-depth knowledge in areas such as B2B, B2O businesses, AI+, cloud computing, big data, communication, security, IoT, ICT infrastructure, as well as understanding of the financial, communication, cloud communication, and internet industries and their ecosystems.
• Skills:
• Proficient in project management knowledge and skills, familiar with project management-related models and analytical methods. Capable of developing implementation plans for major complex projects, identifying hidden risks in project delivery, developing corresponding mitigation measures, and managing change control. Capable of organizing internal and external resources to complete project implementation and ensuring the preservation of organizational process assets.
• Knowledgeable in internal systems, processes, and standards, as well as external industry regulations and standards. Able to integrate internal and external processes and standards to achieve efficient full-process connectivity.
• Proficient in a specific area such as B2B, B2O businesses, AI+, cloud computing, big data, communication, security, or IoT applications, and capable of independently carrying out integrated delivery work in that area. Familiar with the technical architecture and principles of multi-product integrated solutions, and knowledgeable about key industry-related business scenarios. Able to propose optimization plans for technical risks in project delivery and summarize project delivery experiences, producing benchmark cases and templates for technical solutions. Strong oral and reading skills in English, with excellent coordination and planning abilities.
• Experience:At least 5 years of work experience in project management, delivery management, or related fields, with experience in the ICT industry. Experience in pre-sales solutions is a plus.
• Other Requirements:Willingness to accept long-term on-site project assignments and frequent travel. Strong team awareness, strong execution, high pressure tolerance, and adaptability to multi-project management work.
