Project Manager - Electrical

Job Duties: 

• Responsible for supervising on Engineering Project which includes Cabling and antenna installation, Electrical Works

• Coordinating and preparations of all kinds of technical submissions/reports to clients if necessary

• Preparation of work schedule and monitor the progress

• Work out a workable plan with Client and describe scope of work to Foreman for project implementation

• Preparation of project document, engineering drawing and submission

Job Requirements:

• Post Graduate in Building Services/ Electrical Engineering/ Project Management are preferred

• 10 years or above experience in electrical projects

• Candidates with experience in housing-related jobs has an advantage

• Good commands of English and Chinese languages

• Holder of valid green card and REW C

• Good communication skill , Leadership skill and Time Management
