Job Responsibilities 

  • Supervise staff of the department
  • Responsible for all fitting-out & renovation projects, including space planning, preparation of work schedules & technical drawings, carrying out site surveys, reporting any site irregularities, coordinating with different internal and external parties and ensuring the timely completion of projects
  • Handle full set of working drawings for site decoration & furniture including design details and practical details in construction as well as materials sourcing and selection
  • Coordinate in site handover and monitor site progress ensuring quality, durability, timeliness and cost efficiency as set by management
  • Liaise with building management companies of various sites regarding repair & maintenance work as well as renovation projects
  • Play a key role in the building services as well as alterations & additions works of the Headquarter in Siu Lek Yuen
  • Responsible for all correspondence relating to projects and prepare periodic progress reports to management

 

Requirements 

  • Diploma or above in Building Studies / Building Services or related disciplines
  • 10 years’ solid experience in interior fitting-out, renovation as well as repair & maintenance, preferably gained from healthcare industry
  • Good interior fitting-out project management skills with knowledge of E&M works and building regulations an added advantage
  • Responsible, independent and well-organized with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese including Putonghua
