Project Manager, IT Department 項目管理崗

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for Department's overall resources management including departmental budget planning and tracking;
• Responsible for Department's project managment : outline key business objectives and project portfolios, establish corresponding management mechanisms for overall business goal management;
• Take active part in the project initiation, planning, and delivery of key departmental projects, monitor and analyze issues within teams, business and projects, perform risk assessment and proactive management;
• Utilize  different types of project management tools for data collection/ analysis , measure project outcomes through quantitative and qualitative analysis, identifying issues related to organizational efficiency, project processes, and collaboration methods, and provide analytical recommendations to drive implementation;
• Accumulate and consolidate project management experience and methodologies, offering relevant training to enhance project management capabilities for business, products, and stakeholders;
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.
• 参与IT部门的资源管理，对部门预算进行规划和跟踪；
• 参与IT部门的项目规划，梳理部门业务重点目标与项目组合，制定相应管理机制，对业务目标进行统筹管理；
• 深度参与部门重点项目的立项、规划和交付工作，监控并分析团队、业务、项目中的问题，进行风险预判和提前管理；
• 通过项目管理工具进行团队数据收集与分析，根据定量/定性分析度量项目投产情况，识别组织效率、项目流程、协作方式等方面问题，提供分析建议并推进方案落地；
• 积累和沉淀项目管理经验与方法论，提供相应培训以提高业务、产品及相关方的项目管理能力；
• 不时执行其他任何应上级指示之职责。

Requirements:

• Degree / Master holder in a computer-related field;
• Scrum Master Certification (Scaled Agile, Scrum, SAFe, etc.);
• At least 3 years of experience in managing large-scale agile project portfolios;
• Ability to analyze R&D effectiveness and diagnose and improve organizational efficiency through qualitative and quantitative analysis;
• Candidate with technical background is preferred, with familiarity in agile R&D management processes;
• Work independently, under pressure with multi-tasking skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
