Project Manager / Product Manager (Fintech)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spearhead innovative initiatives aimed at enriching the trading experience
• Aid in formulating and communicating product strategies based on market insights, competitive analysis, and regulatory trends
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations and Technical teams to identify and address system or experience gaps
• Provide adept product support by resolving intricate issues related to designated products or core competencies
• Conduct competitive analyses and propose actionable

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline
• 2 to 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry
• 1+ years of relevant experience managing end-to-end product life cycles for digital products in brokerage and/or Finance
• Profound understanding of Equities, Options, Futures trading, and trading platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver on time and within budget
• Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
• Deep comprehension of the retail client perspective and capacity to evaluate solutions from their viewpoint
• Frequent travel / station to Philippines
