Project Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in supporting an e-Learning Programme by promoting the programme, handling subscription applications, and liaising with schools and external parties;
• Coordinate with Tech team to develop and maintain online platforms of the e-Learning Programme;
• Develop thematic content and manage the online platforms;
• Process the subscription applications for deliverables of the e-Learning Programme;
• Generate regular statistical reports on application trends and online platform usage;
• Monitor market feedback on our promotions to identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement;
• Establish and maintain strong connections with school management, educators, partners, parents, and students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project execution, business development, or related roles, preferably in the education or eLearning industry;
• Experience in developing EdTech related contents and managing online platform;
• Familiarity with the local education landscape & EdTech industry in Hong Kong and the surrounding region;
• Mature, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach;
• Proficient in conducting effective meetings, presentations, and workshops to engage and influence potential customers;
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and develop effective promotion strategies;
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Proficiency in spoken Mandarin will be an advantage.
