Property Manager (Ref No.: PM/0804/25)

Job Duties:

• Strategically manage the property portfolios, identify investment opportunities, create budgets
• Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operating efficiently, and arrange tenant move-in/out procedures
• Research property market trends, analyze rental prices, and regularly update market reports
• Tenancy negotiation and management for new lettings and renewals, liaison with respective parties and handle tenancy agreements
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues
• Regularly check service quality for tenants (e.g. repair response time, cleanliness)
• Supervise contractors/vendors to ensure they meet work standards
• Improve property management efficiency and solve daily operational issues
• Attend building owners' committee meetings to discuss management matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or related disciplines in Real Estate, Property Management
• Relevant qualifications in property management, real estate is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience as landlord's representative
• Strong market sense, excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Able to conduct market research, analyze data and provide insights
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing property/building management in Hong Kong
• Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
