職位描述

Job Duties:

  • Work with Property Manager to handle daily operation such as repair and/ or maintenance of a portfolio of buildings
  • Handle enquiries and complaints of property owners and / or tenants
  • Attend regular meetings with Incorporated Owners of buildings
  • Handle contribution and renovation project of properties
  • Handle tender and quotation
  • Manage and oversee operations of a portfolio of properties

Requirements:

  • Holder of Diploma and/or certificate or above in Property Management or related disciplines is preferred
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in property management
  • Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 2) is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Customer-oriented and good communication skills
  • Liaise with various parties and contractors, follow up any work orders (mainly building repair works)
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Property Officer
