職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in managing and supervising the overall day-to-day operations, including security, cleaning, and landscaping.
  • Supervise and monitor the maintenance work to ensure facilities are operated in normal condition.
  • To handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain good relationship with tenants and key stakeholders and handle enquiries and requests in a professional manner
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in commercial building management
  • Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2)
  • Customer services oriented with good customer service skills and communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin; knowledge of other foreign language is a plus
  • Cheerful and Energetic
