Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing and supervising the overall day-to-day operations, including security, cleaning, and landscaping.
- Supervise and monitor the maintenance work to ensure facilities are operated in normal condition.
- To handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain good relationship with tenants and key stakeholders and handle enquiries and requests in a professional manner
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant experience in commercial building management
- Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2)
- Customer services oriented with good customer service skills and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin; knowledge of other foreign language is a plus
- Cheerful and Energetic
