Purchasing Assistant / Clerk

YPT International Ltd., was established in 1982 and is a trading company representing premium brands of commercial kitchen equipment in hospitality sectors. Our products are popular in HK and have been exported around the world including Asia, Middle East, Europe and USA. To cope with our business development, we are now looking for capable person to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Issue purchase orders and arrange delivery schedule
• Overseas suppliers sourcing and maintain suppliers database
• Provide clerical and administrative support to purchasing team
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience, preferable in trading field
• Proficiency in MS Word, EXCEL and Chinese word processing
• Independent, good team player and willing to work under pressure
• Good Command in spoken and written English & Chinese
