Purchasing Executive (Guaranteed 13 months salary)

Responsibilities:

• Mainly responsible for purchase order issuance of machinery components.
• Coordinate closely with stores & warehouse on stock ordering and ensure timely delivery of the orders
• Responsible for general sales order process including the preparation of quotation and sales order for spare part
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal parties for order follow-up
• Keep adequate up-to-date files for purchasing records and maintain a proper filing system
   

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 2-year working experience is preferred
• Proficient in using procurement management software and tools (such as ERP systems)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written English
• Independent, Initiative, having strong sense of responsibility and details oriented
