Purchasing Officer (F&B)

Uni-China (Business) Management Ltd. The Group is a conglomerate with around 20 brands, covering diversified business areas which ranges from fresh food, revitalization of fresh markets, supermarket, food and beverage, project management, innovative technology and CRM solutions, integrated marketing to intelligent storage service with automated robotics technology.

Currently, the Group has approximately 1,000 stores locating in Hong Kong with nearly 5,000 employees. With a tailor-made management system, the Group has maintained a leading position in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sourcing, price negotiation, purchase order and payment arrangement
• Monitor the quality and stable supply of current material items
• Assist in manage procurement process for food and beverage items, encompassing requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management
• Work closely with F&B departments to assess procurement needs and create sourcing strategies for ingredients, equipment, and other supplies
• Track procurement performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement process enhancements
• Perform monthly reconciliations of F&B purchases to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, focusing on F&B industry standards
• Ad hoc related projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above
• 2-3 years experience in procurement management
• Familiar with procurement workflows, experienced in price negotiation, order management, accounting handling, and supplier development.
• Proficient in Microsoft, e.g: Excel, Word
• Immediate available is highly preferred
