Job Highlights:.

• 5 days work + Medical.
• Perform full cycle of procurement activities.
• Handle purchasing enquiries and correspondence.
• Provide Administrative support to the team

Responsibilities:.

• Perform full cycle of procurement activities including preparing purchase orders, purchase planning, price negotiation, etc.
• Monitor stock inventory and maintain an updated purchasing database and filing system.
• Handle purchasing enquiries, incoming/outgoing correspondence from factories, suppliers and internal parties.
• Work closely with suppliers and factories for order follow up and delivery schedule.
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in material, purchasing management or related disciplines in construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Highly organized, strong communicator and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and attention in detail and able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferred

 Salary and remuneration:

HK$18,000 or above depending on the seniority of the position offered
