QA Coordinator

Tarte cosmetics is seeking a QA coordinator (Cosmetics/Skincare) for the buying office in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities :

• Work with vendors and internal teams to develop production specification and inspection criteria
• Work with vendors and third party lab to develop testing protocol
• Follow up testing samples, arrange testing and follow up results
• Ensure all processes in contract manufacturing plant specific area meet ISO 9001 specifications, FDA and all state and federal requirements
• Work with QC team to ensure inspection is strictly followed the testing protocol
• Arrange and schedule inspection with QCs and factories
• Set inspection guidelines

Requirements :

• 2 years quality assurance and safety compliance in cosmetics/skincare formulation, bags, paper products, cosmetics & plastic packaging
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inspection methods
• energetic, proactive, extremely organized and detail-oriented.
