Descriptions:
 

  1. Develop quality strategy to support business growth.
  2. Be a strong business leader to promote cross functional collaboration and to support the development of the company.
  3. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes within the company to fulfill customer quality needs and to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Deeply involved into products chain quality control (End to End) to verify potential risks, ensure right working procedure and deliver.
  5. Supervise the Quality team to provide quality solutions, offer consultancy, guidance and feedback to customer needs such as products test, assembly, claim and other technical/quality requirements in a timely and professional means.
  6. Oversee all new products development procedures (PP Meeting), work closely with sales and sourcing to identify deviations (if any) and implement proper internal control method to ensure a sounding sample standard as well as quality documents from technical/quality perspective.
  7. Work with supply chain team and leading supplier quality management, responsible for related risk control management. Schedule regular supplier audits and ensure all suppliers meet company requirements and provide qualified products and services.
  8. Make crucial decisions in favor of cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.
  9. Be the owner of the company’s quality management systems such as ISO9001, GRS, FSC and etc., ensure smooth and successful audits.
  10. Identify improvement opportunities, coach and engage the Q&T team to strive for quality excellence.
  11. Actively participate and lead Company’s continuous improvement projects.
  12. Actively participate in company’s internal training activities, be an internal trainer to share knowledge and skills.
  13. Other assignment by the manager.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, min. 8 years working experience in an international company with at least 4 years in a managerial position.
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) are required.
  3. Outstanding leadership skills, able to coach, guide and engage the team.
  4. Excellent customer and supplier management skills.
  5. Good at data analysis, advanced Excel, PPT skills.
  6. Good team player, can also work independently in a fast-pace and high pressure environment.
  7. Good time management skills, good at planning, structural working style.
  8. Excellent change and conflict management skills, good at execution.
