QS Clerk

Responsibilities:   

• Provide clerical & admin support to QS Department
• Assist in follow-up the arrangement of orders, samples and catalogues 
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• HKDSE/HKCEE or above 
• 1 year clerical working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to learn, self-motivated and attentive to details 

Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:   

• Assist in preparing the cost estimation, tender documents and time schedules for the tender submission and tender query
• Attend site visit, tender briefing and project meeting
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and other consultants
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines
• 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in fitting out works or interior contracting firm
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Proactive, well-organized and attentive to detail
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
