Quality Assurance Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensures the overall compliance of the Company’s operation to the Quality System requirement from ISO17025 and HKAS;
• Ensures continuing HKAS accreditation of the Company;
• Establishes reviews and authorizes the Quality Manual and the Quality procedures;
• Review nonconformity reports/test reports/contracts;
• Assists in the preparation of reports in accordance with the requirements of the HOKLAS as well as other reports;
• Exercises control over quality system documents, reference books and project files;
• Exercises control over records and forms - Exercise s control over equipment;
• Implement, maintain and continual improve the Management System.

Requirements

• Higher Certificate in any disciplines or equivalent;
• Certificate of ISO 17025 related course or equivalent is preferred;
• At least 6 months of experience in quality system or HOKLAS job is advantage;
• Knowledge in the updated ISO 17025,HKAS 002, ISO 17025:2017, HKAS PD001, Internal Auditing based on ISO 17025 is preferred;
• Basic computing skills in MS words, Excel; Internal Auditing based on ISO 17025; Quality system reviewing and controlling skills;
• Able to work independently and willing to learn;
• Good command of written & spoken English/Chinese;
• Fresh Graduate is welcome;
• Immediately available is preferred.
