QUANTITY SURVEYOR (5-day work) (Plumbing and Drainage)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare tender and contractual documents.
• Prepare measurement, cost estimation, and variation orders for projects.

Job Requirements

• High Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies / Building Services
• Experience in Quantity Surveyor for Plumbing and drainage works.
• Possess a recognized professional membership of relevant institution is an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
