Quantity Surveyor /Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• to assist team leader to execute procurement system inclusive of tendering, price analysis, recommendation of award, subcontracting and the like
• to administrate, maintain and manage payment system with subcontractors and suppliers
• to settle final account with subcontractors and suppliers
• to assist team leader for quantity surveying task, work value assessment, payment application and the like on the income side
• to provide support to contract administrative team

Job Requirement for QS, lower will be considered as Assistant QS:

• at least 3 years full time working experience in quantity surveying field
• higher diploma holder or degree holder of relevant study
• native speaker, good writing and oral English, able to speak Mandarin
• with pleasant personality, proactive, hardworking, keen on learning
• any other qualifications with merit to the post
