Quantity Surveyor

• With 3 years' QS related exp.

Responsibilities :

1. Perform pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties
2. Provide commercial reports for monthly meeting with management
3. Submit Interim Payment Application, valuation of variations
4. Settlement of Final Account 
5. Liaise with internal and external parties for project claims issues
6. Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree in Surveying with HKIS / RICS or relevant professional membership
2. 3 years' QS related experience in building & construction
3. Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills
4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
5. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveying Manager
