Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Carry out Quantity Surveying duties for the project in hand including preparation main contract & sub-contract interim payment application / valuations, final account, insurance claims and contractual claims.
• Liaise with the architects, consultants, sub-contractors and clients to ensure a smooth execution and delivery of project

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 5 years relevant working experience.
• Hands-on PC skills including Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills and problem-solving skills
