Job Duties:

• Assist managers in helping clients, primarily expatriates, secure their perfect homes.
• Maintain and update property databases to source quality renovated properties for leasing opportunities.
• Manage expatriate tenants under our company’s property management services.
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks as required to support the team’s operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Degree holder (property-related qualifications are a plus).
• Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Interpersonal Abilities:Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Team Spirit: Collaborative and ready to contribute to a dynamic team.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of multi-tasking effectively.
• Availability:Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Note:Candidates without prior real estate experience are welcome to apply. However, obtaining an Estate Agent License is required.
