Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Welcome and greet customers and guesses 
  • Handle enquires and request by email and telephone
  • Handle room booking like training room, conference room and meeting room
  • Set up the room and prepare equipment according to the booking requirements
  • Provide general clerical support, e.g. data entry, update system and confirm booking 

Job Requirements:

  • DSE or equivalent or above
  • 1 year of working experience; customer services experience will be advantage
  • Good spoken Cantonese and English; Putonghua will be an advance 
  • Proactive, eager to learn, willing to work under pressure, customer-oriented with good manner

 

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:45 - 18:15
