Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls & enquiries, guest greetings, mail and courier services
- Responsible for daily clerical support such as invoice, delivery order and statements etc.
- Provide all-rounded reception and administrative duties
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above ,1 year or above relevant working experience is preferable
- Responsible, well-organized and good communication skill
- Good PC skills In MS Office, Outlook and Chinese word processing
- Good command of English and Chinese and Putonghua
- Immediately available is highly preferred
Working Hours : Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6pm
