職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries, ensuring proper routing to relevant team members.
  • Coordinate courier services and outgoing mail.
  • Provide comprehensive support for various administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Completed DSE/HKCEE/Higher Diploma or above with at least 3 years’ experience in Receptionist.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, Putonghua and English.
  • Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
