Receptionist (5 Day Work Week / Prime Office Location)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle receptionist duties, e.g. handle phone calls, enquiries etc.
• Welcome guests and customers in a professional manner
• Co-ordinate meetings and facilitate bookings
• Prepare for meetings, conferences and events
• Handle courier / mail arrangements
• Perform general administrative duties and provide clerical support and co-ordination
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures for Hong Kong office administration
• Inventory control and maintenance of office equipment, stationery, pantry, office supplies and cleanliness of the office
• Arrange travel and expense reimbursement for the assigned executives
• Check the invoices received per the executed contract and submit payment request to Finance
• Monitor payments with finance to ensure the business operational expenses are promptly paid
• Co-ordinate with procurement and legal department to ensure the Hong Kong office related contracts comply with the Company’s requirements, including but not limited to contract creation, renewal or termination.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
   

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably gained from sizeable firms
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, with basic Mandarin is desirable
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates who are immediately available or with short notice period are preferred but not a must
