Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception duties including answering telephone calls, greeting guests, handle meeting room arrangements, mailing and courier services.
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing and data input, document preparation and administrative tasks.
- Support & assist audit department on clerical and ad hoc works.
- Outdoor work is required occasionally
Requirements:
- HKCEE/DSE or above
- With 2-3 years relevant working experience and 1 year related working experience gained in professional firms is highly preferably.
- Pleasant, hardworking, good interpersonal and polite telephone manner.
- Native Cantonese, good command of spoken English & Putonghua.
- Proficiency in MS office applications including MS Word, Excel; fast and accurate typing in both English and Chinese.
