Job Descriptions

·         Provide courteous and professional reception services

·         As receptionist to welcome visitors and greet guests professionally

·         Provide support for in-house meetings and arrange tea serving

·         Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mailing and courier

·         Coordinate & schedule the meeting room reservation, equipment and tea arrangement

·         Basic clerical duties, coordinating calendars and organizing meetings

·         Order and maintain office supplies inventory

·         Arrange & liaise with outside supplier on general printing & office maintenance work

·         Download and reconcile billing statement for payment

·         Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, software, IT and equipment

·         Maintain a clean & tidy office environment

·         Assist & support supervisor in any ad hoc projects as assigned

·         Support colleagues to handle general office administrative work and ensure efficient operation of the office

Job Requirements

·         With 2 years or more experience in receptionist and office administration roles

·         Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·         Punctuality, detail-minded with a positive, can-do attitude

·         Communicable and keep confidentiality

·         Organized, attentive, comfortable with multi-tasking and with the ability to prioritize task
