Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of reception and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our centre
- Provide excellent client service by handling phone inquiries and in-take in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Manage class and therapist schedules, liaise with parents, and handle payments
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and therapy materials
- Assist with promoting our services on social media and other marketing initiatives
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with technology
- Fluent in English and Cantonese with Mandarin language skills as a plus
- Tertiary qualification or minimum Form 6/A Level, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in a children's services environment, candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Clinic Manager
- Willingness to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays (extra allowance if work 5.5 days)
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
