職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of reception and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our centre
  • Provide excellent client service by handling phone inquiries and in-take in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Manage class and therapist schedules, liaise with parents, and handle payments
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and therapy materials
  • Assist with promoting our services on social media and other marketing initiatives
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with technology
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese with Mandarin language skills as a plus
  • Tertiary qualification or minimum Form 6/A Level, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in a children's services environment, candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Clinic Manager
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays (extra allowance if work 5.5 days)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
