Responsibilities
- Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, controlling door access, handle incoming calls, mails, fax and courier at the reception desk
- Maintain conference room booking and coordinate meeting arrangement including video and conference call set up
- Responsible for inventory checking of office supplies including office facilities, stationeries, refreshments, dispatch of mails and postal matter
- Assist with various administrative tasks including air condition and office cleaning, stationery ordering, event coordination, vendor sourcing and management
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness with OAs in reception area and meeting rooms
- Handling OA routine and daily ad-hoc tasks
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 0-2 years working experience in reception and administrative duties
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Well-organized, responsible, self-motivated and flexible when working on multiple tasks,
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office, English & Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available is highly preferred
