Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, mailing & arranging courier service, etc.
  • Handle and co-ordinate daily general office administrative duties including travel and accommodation arrangements, business cards, invoice checking, etc.
  • Participate in office supplies, maintenance of office systems and equipment procurement.
  • Handle daily paperwork and prepare expenses reports for management’s approval and handling payments.
  • Arrange meetings, manage schedules.
  • Assist the HR department with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide daily operations and administration support to Chairman office.
  • Assist in company activities and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor graduated
  • Min. 2-3 year reception/ administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills and a strong team player
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Immediate available will be an advantage.
