Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above
  • Good interpersonal skills, telephone manner and communication skills
  • Cheerful, Stable, Responsible, Well-organized, Self-motivated, Detail-minded, Punctual
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate is welcome

Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone calls, enquiries and guest greeting in a professional manner
  • Handle courier and mailing arrangement, stationery and office supplies ordering and meeting room reservation
  • Maintain reception area and conference room tidy and clean
  • Co-ordinate with internal and external parties for cleaning and maintenance of office equipment
  • Provide supports and perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Account and Administration Department
